Sheila Dela Cruz
Corporate Manager at Poly-Med, Inc.With over 20 years in the biomedical industry, Sheila Dela Cruz has experience in both the technical and management side of STEM careers. While her background is mostly in engineering (B.S. Bioengineering UC San Diego, M.S. Biomedical Engineering Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, MBA Clemson), Sheila has held leadership roles in organizations that range from software and bioinformatics to medical device design and development.
At Poly-Med, Sheila is the Corporate Manager and oversees the Program Management, Safety, and Human Resources departments. She also manages leadership team development to help connect everyday performance to strategic objectives. With her unique and varied areas of expertise, she aspires to be a bridge that will continue to connect people and ideas across disciplines throughout her career.
